AI/ML Engineer — Build the Brain Behind Personalized Learning 🤖📚

As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll design, fine-tune, and deploy models that power personalized quizzes, instant feedback, doubt-solving, and adaptive study plans. This is your chance to apply NLP and generative AI to real-world learning at scale.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Fine-tune and deploy transformer models for educational tasks (question generation, summarization, evaluation, etc.)
• Build and optimize inference pipelines using Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs
• Develop AI-powered features that adapt to a student's performance in real-time
• Collaborate with data and backend engineers to productionize models
• Evaluate and monitor model performance in a live learning environment
• Experiment with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and hybrid models

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience working with NLP or applied ML
• Strong Python skills with hands-on experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with transformers, Hugging Face, and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI)
• Experience training or fine-tuning models with real-world data
• Understanding of model evaluation, prompt tuning, and embedding techniques
• Ability to write clean, reproducible research and deployable code

💡 Bonus Points

• Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate)
• Background in edtech or prior work on educational datasets
• Familiarity with GPU optimization, quantization, and model distillation
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or academic research
