UPSC Mentor — Guide Future Civil Servants 🚀🇮🇳
Join our mission to redefine UPSC preparation with AI-powered tools and one-on-one mentorship. We're looking for experienced mentors who can help students navigate the UPSC journey with strategy, structure, and empathy.
As a UPSC Mentor, you'll support aspirants by reviewing study plans, solving doubts, and helping them stay consistent and focused.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Guide students through personalized study plans for Prelims and Mains
- Review answer writing and provide detailed feedback
- Conduct regular check-ins to track progress and motivation
- Help students understand the syllabus, resources, and PYQs
- Act as a bridge between students and our content/AI tools
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Appeared for UPSC Mains or Interview (CSE)
- Deep understanding of UPSC syllabus, resources, and prep strategy
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and student success
💡 Bonus Points
- Experience as a teacher, mentor, or coach in the UPSC space
- Awareness of online platforms and edtech tools
