As a Motion Designer, you’ll create animated content that simplifies complex topics, brings data and concepts to life, and captures attention across digital platforms.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Design and animate short educational videos and explainer graphics
• Create engaging motion templates for concepts, questions, and summaries
• Work with subject experts to visualize abstract academic ideas
• Design motion assets for app onboarding, in-video explainers, and UI tutorials
• Collaborate with the product and content teams to maintain a cohesive visual style

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of motion design or animation experience
• Proficiency in After Effects, Blender, Adobe Animate, or similar tools
• Strong eye for design, rhythm, and storytelling
• Ability to turn rough concepts into clean, crisp animations
• Portfolio showcasing explainer videos, educational content, or data viz

💡 Bonus Points

• Experience working with edtech or instructional content
• Basic knowledge of UPSC/NEET/JEE subjects (or willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with Lottie, SVG animations, or export for mobile/web
